Please be sure to read these terms and conditions before making an appointment or visiting our salon.

Appointments and Cancellations
In order for our clients to enjoy gel nails, please be aware of the following.
About appointments
①When you make an appointment, we will ask you for your name, address, phone number, desired date and time, and the services you would like to have.
②We may contact you to confirm your appointment.
About late
①If you will be late for your appointment, please be sure to contact us in advance.
②If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to make your request.
③Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate changes to the services requested at the time of appointments, depending on availability.
④If you are late more than 15 minutes without notice, your appointment will be cancelled.
※Cancellation fee will be charged
Cancellation/Changing of service requested, date and time of appointment
① Cancellation is allowed up to 2 days prior to your appointment date, and a cancellation fee will be charged the day before or the day of your appointment.
～Cancellation fees～
The following fees will be charged for treatment cancellations,
・on the day before: 50%
・on the day: 80%
The above payments are required.
②Please contact us as soon as possible to change the service requested, date and time.
③We may not be able to accept appointments if there are repeated cancellations.
④Clients who cancel without prior notice will not be allowed to make any further appointments.
Matters to be Refused
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to the following clients.
Please understand it in advance.
①Cancellations without notice
②Frequent and repeated late arrival without notice
③If they do not fit our salon concept
Those who are too sensitive, those who demand the same quality as other salons, etc.
④If you have been diagnosed with a disease or infection by a doctor and it is clear that you have not yet fully recovered.
⑤If you develop green nail syndrome
Cannot come to our salon until the green part is fully gone.
※Those who repeatedly develop green nail syndrome may not be accepted future appointments for hygiene reasons.
⑥Under 18 years old
16-18 years old will be determined based on the condition of their nails.
Extension is not available
⑦Coming with friends, family and children
Please consult with us about coming with children when making appointments.
⑧In the event of any violation of these Terms and Conditions
Prohibited items upon entering and in our salon
The following are prohibited in our salon,
①Smoking in the room
②Bring your pets
③shoes strictly prohibited
④Access to private areas
Only toilet and nail room are allowed
About nails and skin diseases
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we suspect any of the following.
In addition, our salon's nail artist/Japanese nurse is not legally allowed to diagnose or treat the condition, so if you suspect any of the following, please consult with a doctor before visiting our salon.
①If you suspect a nail disease
If your nails are black, white, green, or yellow, please consult your doctor before
②Suspected nail or skin infection
③If you are allergic to chemicals, etc.
④When there is a wound or inflammation on the skin and it is judged that the treatment cannot be performed
When you have developed green nails
If you have an appointment for gel reapplication beyond the maximum 4-week period recommended by our salon,
【If you have green nail syndrome】
We will not reapply on the green nail finger
【If you wish to reapply only healthy nails other than green nails】
There is no discount for nails that cannot be reapplied.
【In the case of total removal】
A cancellation fee of 80% of the reserved design plan fee will be charged.
Maintenance coverage after treatment
Our salon has the following rules regarding after treatment maintenance.
①If gel lifts or peels off within 7 days, including the day of your treatment at our salon, we will repair it free of charge.
Design and color changes are charged.
※If the gel on the tip of the nail peels off, it will be repaired for a fee even during the free repair period.
②However, any repair after 7 days will incur a charge in any case.
※Please be sure to contact us within 7 days.
Even if you cannot come to our salon within 7 days, please contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to discuss your request.
③Please note that damage caused by the client's own actions is not eligible for free repair, even within 7 days.
- Touch or press hard on the tip because the nail is bothering you
- Biting your nails
- Hitting or catching something
- Filing or cutting with nail clippers
- Accidentally peeled off etc.
Free repairs are not eligible.
For clients who are allergic to cats or have difficulty with cats
We have cats in our salon.
- Keeping cats out of the nail room
- Use of air purifiers etc
However, it is impossible to completely remove cat hair from the room.
Therefore, we ask that those who are allergic to cats or do not like cats refrain from visiting our salon.
Payment Method and Refund
Payment Method
We accept cash only.
Change may not be available, please prepare in advance.
Refunds
If the gel peels or lifts within 7 days, it will not be refunded and will be handled as a repair.
As this is a one-time treatment, there is no cooling-off or refund policy.
Please understand this.
About Disclaimer
Our salon shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage incurred by the client in any of the following cases,
①Injuring yourself or others with your nails after treatment
②Injuring his/her own personal belongings or those of others with his/her nails after the treatment
③Injuries or damage to personal belongings in the salon caused by the client's carelessness
④When the client has not followed the salon's recommendation of an appropriate gel retention period and has kept the gel for a long period of time at his/her own discretion, resulting in a nail disease or trouble.
※Green nail syndrome, ingrown nails, skin diseases around cuticles
⑤If the nail is damaged by removing the gel nail by himself/herself after the treatment.
About Discount Services
We offer discount services at our salon, However, please note that the contents of such services may change and be terminated, or other discount services may become inapplicable without prior notice.
Privacy Policy
①Our salon complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations, as well as our own regulations, and strives to thoroughly protect the personal information of our clients.
②We will acquire clients' personal information by appropriate and lawful means to the extent necessary for the provision of gel nail services.
③In addition, the information will be used only for the purpose of providing gel nail services and for the communicated in advance, and will not be used beyond the scope of such purposes without the client's consent.
④We will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties unless required by law or unless we have your prior consent or approval.
⑤We will strive to keep the information we receive accurate and up-to-date, and will strictly manage the personal information we receive in order to prevent leakage or loss of personal information.
⑥If there has been no visit for more than one year since the last visit, the client's data will be securely deleted.
Posting nail images on Instagram and blogs
Please note that our salon takes pictures of your nails after treatment and posts them on our Instagram and blog.
